The bright colors that follow Eva throughout the film reflect her bright personality and positive outlook on life.
Eva’s astrology chart establishes the primary colors of the series which are reflected in the set dressing.
While the comedic tone of the series is better reflected in the show “Broad City”, I also drew design inspiration from the film “Appropriate Behavior” to communicate Eva’s more serious side.
Filmed at a once empty rooftop patio, my art team created this fictional restaurant where our main character goes on dates with multiple prospective boyfriends
